On my latest Toyko visit, I stopped by Tsukiji Seafood Market. It's funny for me because it took me years and three trips to finally experience the place, especially for someone who takes photos for a living. I could have spent all day there capturing the whole process. Well anyway, it was thinking about how the place runs. There are hundreds of stores trying to sell products, people "yelling" at you to buy stuff, pushing, shoving, the whole package. But even with all of that, somehow the place still functions. It's cool how controlled chaos will work sometimes.

Unfortunately, I forgot to try the food there. I guess that's what happens when I bring my camera along. One of these days I take a trip and leave my camera behind to focus on the food.

I sure do love food.
