RAINDROP

"I sit, close my eyes, and listen. The rain taps gently on the grass, the trees, and the leaves. Amidst the chaotic rhythm of raindrops, there comes a sudden calmness. In that tranquil moment, I find peace."

I've come to realize that as a photographer, I don't need to constantly post my photos or feel pressured to produce content that aims to capture attention. I'm not a "content creator" or "influencer" chasing visibility. Frankly, I don't think that's necessary for anyone.

Lately, I've been grappling with what feels like photographer's block. For me, emphasizing quality over quantity has always been crucial. It's one of the reasons why I took a break. I refuse to publish anything that doesn't meet my standards.

Recently, with Florida's rainy season upon us—bringing daily showers and a gloomy atmosphere—I found inspiration in photographing raindrops on various objects. This theme has captivated me, and I intend to explore it until September. Hopefully, this focus will keep me creatively engaged without feeling burnt out.
